today was horrible but im glad i got it over with today. we did two grass laps warm up. then we did one mile speed changes. we then started our 800's we did our first two and i wasnt to bad. then i got like four minutes on the third. the next two i did pretty good. then on the seventh one i didnt do as good. i tried doing another one and i probably could have but i only did one lap. i did not feel to good. did teo grass laps cool down. i wish i would have pushed through and gotten the right time on all eight i didnt though. i guess this is where i learn my lesseon hopefully i can push and do better the rest of this workout. |
